Types of Appointments
We offer 3 types of research appointments. They are:
- Quick Research Appointment- a short 20 minute appointment, great for Undergraduate students or those with a quick question
- Standard Research Appointment - a 45 minute consultation, great for Graduate students or those who want to work with a Subject Specialist on a specific topic
- Extended Research Appointment - a 1 hour consultation, great for Faculty or those who are working on advanced or in-depth research for publication
How to Book an Appointment
- On the main appointments page, first select a subject
- Select a type of appointment (see list above for details about appointment types)
- To view a short profile about the librarian, click on the blue "i" icon nex to their name
- Scroll back to the calendar and pick a date and time, then hit "Continue"
- Fill in the form that follows
- When you get to the Chester Fritz Library for your appointment, go to the Ask Us desk on the second floor of the library and let the person at the desk know who you have an appointment with
Don't see your subject or aren't sure where to begin? Select "Any Subject" and set up an appointment with the first available of our Reference and Research Services Team.
